Microlearning Video Series for Product Adoption

Objective:

The organization was preparing to launch a new product and needed a scalable way to onboard thousands of users quickly. The goal of this project was to accelerate adoption, reduce support tickets, and ensure users felt confident using the new platform.

My Role:

I served as Content Lead and Multimedia Producer, responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of the campaign. I collaborated closely with subject matter experts, marketing, and creative teams — including an external production partner — to deliver a polished, engaging video series.

Strategy & Approach:
  • Designed a 20-episode microlearning campaign broken into short, focused lessons (2–4 minutes each).

  • Applied visual storytelling, graphics, and narration to simplify complex product features into digestible learning moments.

  • Optimized for delivery across multiple channels: LMS, product help center, and social-style learning feeds.

  • Leveraged AI-powered tools to streamline scripting, generate graphics, and accelerate editing — reducing turnaround while maintaining brand consistency.

Execution:
  • Scripting & Storyboarding: Outlined each episode to follow a problem → solution → demo format.

  • Video Production: Recorded and edited content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

  • Graphics & Branding: Designed thumbnails, intro animations, and lower-third graphics to reinforce brand identity.

  • Collaboration: Coordinated SME reviews and cross-functional approvals to keep the project on track.​

Results & Impact

Successfully launched 20 videos in a single 2 Week Sprint.

Contributed to a measurable increase in product adoption during the launch period.

Helped reduce customer support calls related to onboarding and initial product use.

Campaign structure was later adopted as a template for future product launches.

Received positive internal and external feedback on clarity, design quality, and accessibility.
