Case Study: WAVE 2025 Event Campaign

Event Video Campaign for Customer Engagement & Promotion

Objective:

ESO’s annual WAVE 2025 conference brought together fire, EMS, and hospital professionals to learn, share insights, and engage with the latest in healthcare data innovation. The goal of this campaign was to capture the energy of the event in real time, highlight personal attendee experiences, and extend reach by launching daily recap videos and UGC content across ESO’s social media platforms.​

My Role:

I collaborated directly with ESO’s marketing team throughout the week of WAVE 2025 as a lead videographer and editor, responsible for:

  • Capturing original b-roll and on-site footage of the event, key sessions, and attendee experiences.

  • Editing attendee UGC content into polished recap videos.

  • Producing and launching daily recap videos on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other ESO social channels.

  • Aligning with the marketing team to ensure consistent storytelling, brand voice, and audience engagement strategies.

Strategy & Approach:
  • Content Capture: Filmed interviews, behind-the-scenes clips, and attendee testimonials to emphasize personal impact.

  • Daily Recap Videos: Delivered same-day edited highlight reels combining b-roll, UGC, and voiceover to create fast-turnaround, high-energy updates.

  • Social Launch: Published content across Instagram (examples shown in attached screenshots), LinkedIn, and Twitter/X to maximize reach and audience engagement.

  • Customer-Centric Storytelling: Focused on real attendee experiences to humanize the event and reinforce ESO’s role as a trusted partner in public safety and healthcare.

  • Filmed on-site interviews and event b-roll throughout the week.

  • Edited and packaged UGC submissions with my own footage for compelling narratives.

  • Delivered daily recap videos under tight deadlines, ensuring content was fresh and timely.

  • Coordinated with the ESO marketing team for approvals, captions, and platform optimization.
